Card payments are processed through Airwallex. Our enabled card networks are:

Klarna: Available to eligible customers when displayed at checkout. Payment plans, eligibility, approval, fees, and repayment terms are determined by Klarna. Review the terms shown before selecting a plan.

Other regional payment options: Airwallex may display eligible wallets, bank payments, or local payment methods based on your country, currency, device, and provider availability. Only the methods shown in your checkout are available for your order. An enabled method or a payment logo elsewhere on the website does not guarantee availability for every customer.

Currency and Order Total

Prices for the United States market are displayed in US dollars (USD). Review the currency and final total at checkout before confirming payment. The checkout shows the products, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes calculated for your order. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees under its own terms.

Secure Checkout

Our website and checkout use HTTPS encryption to protect information sent between your browser and the checkout.
Card payments are handled by Airwallex, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.
Your bank or payment provider may request additional authentication, such as a 3D Secure verification code or banking-app approval.
Never send a complete card number, card security code, password, or one-time verification code by email, WhatsApp, or a contact message. Enter payment details only in the secure checkout or the payment provider’s verified payment flow.

If payment fails, check your details and available funds, or contact your bank. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility and refund procedures are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where supported. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. For Klarna purchases, continue to follow your provider’s instructions until it confirms any payment adjustment.
