Thank you for shopping with Momsnpopss. We aim to provide reliable and transparent shipping for all customers across the United States.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $25. Orders under $25 have a shipping fee of $4.95. There are no hidden charges. Express shipping options may appear at checkout depending on your location and availability.

Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) are processed within 2–3 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packing, and preparing the shipment for the courier. During peak seasons such as holidays or major sales, processing may require 4–5 business days. If your order requires address confirmation or payment review, we will contact you and processing time may be extended.

Delivery Time Within the United States
After your order has shipped, the estimated standard delivery time is 8–11 business days. This applies to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, local delivery conditions, or seasonal congestion.

Shipping Methods and Couriers
We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce, and other certified delivery partners. The courier used for your order is selected based on destination, package size, and operational efficiency.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery window. Tracking activity may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. It is normal for tracking to show “Label Created” for a short period before movement appears. If tracking does not update for more than 3 business days, you may contact us. 

Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This can occur when items ship from different warehouses or require special handling. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or returned packages. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the package. Refunds cannot be issued for orders successfully delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an address mistake, contact us within 12 hours so we can attempt to correct it before the order is processed.

Delayed, Lost, or Stalled Packages
Shipping delays can occur due to weather, courier issues, or seasonal peaks. If your tracking shows no updates for 7 business days, you may contact us so we can investigate. A package may be considered lost if it shows no movement for 15 business days or if the courier confirms loss. In such cases, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. If tracking states “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, check with neighbors, building staff, parcel lockers, or mailbox areas. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive, so allow 24–48 hours. If the package cannot be located after this time, contact the courier and then contact us for support.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label. Contact us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve the issue. After evaluation, we will provide either a replacement or a refund. If items are damaged due to our responsibility, we will cover any return shipping costs if a return is required.
